"Success" and "Series" should be equally prominant in the logo, while "success is no secret" should be more subtle (i.e. visible in the logo on close inspection but not easily visible from a distance). The parentheses are not mandatory in the design
Since Gary's business is about providing credible advice, the brand needs to be more professional, trustworthy, high quality etc. . Please see Gary's existing suite of brands at www.garykadi.com to get a sense of this positioning. These comments apply mostly to the font and the stylized imagery.
