In my opinion, this is the right size for the leaf in comparison to the text. I have submitted a smaller one as well. Do not forget that this is a low res image so in print it will be much cleaner. Also please note that when selecting the winner you will get an eps file. That means that sizes can change in the printing shop or by the web developer as well.
