I think that simpler is better.
Could you make it all black and remove the shadows?

This is a great design! Thank you for submitting.
I like the idea of a cellphone "G" that you did in some of your designs, but I like the clean "Gadget Gear" text in this one.
Could you refine the cell phone "G" logo and combine it with this text?
