The concept is good but the way the branch is made more similar to agriculture company :) Don't take me wrong, it is good start but needs the wavy T and branch to look blend better with what the company do.

The problem is that the arrow is pointing down, this is against the growth concept we need.

Here is another alternative with the change of direction of the arrow.
You were right, the down arrow produced an opposite effect.
