I like this. Would it be too much trouble to extend the arrow to the outside of the compass? Maybe make the mountain on the right a little taller and stretched to the right a bit to give you room to run the arrow out

i think on the inside looks neat

Words bigger take them outside the arrows a bit and bolder

You spelled Growth wrong
And change Intentional to Intention

Also flip flop the mountains small mountain then larger mountain to show a higher level of growth

The E and W need to be replaced with I and T
Also I have discovered that I don’t like the letters out of order
So leave the G where it is and then move clockwise with RIT

Not a fan of the blue letters unless some of the actual logo has blue in it as well. Love the green arrow actually. Subtle
