Just some feedback

Not sure about the drop shdow on the logo, looks a bit 'solid'

Not keen on the font

logo looks a bit too dark (with so much grey), and too glossy for my taste

Also would like to see the logo made more 3D/glossy (rather than just a simple fade)

#155 is much better :-)

Still needs work on the font I think, most good, just look at the positioning of the sub text (too much space between subtext and main text, bottom of the q should align, and the colour of the HQ looks like it does not quite match the logo.

overall though a huge step in the right direction
