I like aspects of your graphic; the Christian foundation with business growth on top and "breakthrough performance represented by the arrow. The shield shape is appropriate as well. That said, the overall graphic is maybe a 7/10. Perhaps try different variations of the graphic? also, not sure about the colors. Can we try different color combos? Thanks!
