Can you make this a funnel without people in the center of the graphic?

Can you take the people away and incorporate a smaller gear inside the big on...maybe offset a little? I'd like some texture on the dark background ring if possible. Thanks!

I like this. Can you change the center to be more about the funnel...and maybe a head?
