I like arial rounded bold especially for fg in lower case. I also like the look of the initials at the width of the text fundgrazing so that the logo is square

#17 change the type to non serif and try another color scheme. non off these concepts are working for me
use a solid background with initials pushing through in white or very light gray. Try arial rounded bold or similar

Ok thanks again for the feedback. Got the fg bursting out the square and changed the colorscheme.

Mark - last couple of days to decide! your logo is definitely in consideration but the color scheme is not working for us. Please try gr/blk or blu/blk or blu/blk/yel

Also, make the font uppercase in the text area not the icon
