This is very nice. While having "for housing" is not necessary in the logo, this weaves it in nicely without it being obtrusive. Like the human element. Also, it seems to have slight faith overtones, which I like since we are a Christian nonprofit. However, we don't shout about the religious aspect and we want to make sure those of no faith also are welcome, so I like the subtlety of the faith overtones.
