I want it more elegant boss woman with force

This is more to what I’m looking for maybe no pink please letters a bit more bold and clear and maybe add an image that symbolizes faceless maybe two hands covering face or the back of a head or a woman on a computer… just ideas you can put in the background faded and the letters on top or sth like that…
