Hopefully I got it right :)

Faith, I want to try to put together all the parts that we like of 3 different logos and hopefully that will be our final. Using this logo 305 as your starting point I will list what we like about each logo for you to make changes to this one.

On logo 305:
* use chicken from 312 which is the one without the white line on his head
* Make the boarder of this logo thicker like the logo on 269.

Everything else in this logo we like so keep the font of 305 including the ampersand.

Please let me know if you like this ampersand? :)

Ok, thank you. Again, I have to check but it looks like it may have been done by another designer so that would belong to them :)

Faith, This looks like a white line is going through the hen's head. Also will you try this font on #269 so we can see that design with this font.

The 'wheat' was intended to be a sprig of leaves or spice, something like rosemary, etc.

I initially had dots there and removed them because another designer was using dots. As I has mentioned before because you have been very specific with the layout of your design, it's the little details that designers add that make each one different so I am trying not to copy what anyone else has done and come up with something different so I will work on that :)

Faith we really still like this one as well could you maybe replace the wheat in this one with some other ideas? Maybe dots or something? Dont really know cause i throw salt and pepper on things for a living

Also could you show this one with the colors inverted?

Could we see one with the only one wheat on each side

This is just a two legged version of the hen :)

To explain, in contests where the client gives a lot of direction, it's the small details that make a design stand out. So I understand that they would want to protect that.

If this works for your I will run it by the designers and make sure she is ok with it.

that's fine, could you change the Estd. to Est.

Here is the oval version. Unfortunately I am not able to use a different font for the word "The" as that is the concept of another designer.
