#2 - I like this! Having 5 gowth charts in the symbol could be helpful since the assessment tool I use gives individuals "5 Signature Themes" that are to be used to grow into strengths.

#15 Rank 6th - the 5 pointed star makes sense to me but I think there is just too much going on in this logo.
