I like the concept, try working on the color of the cross to give more variety

If you could give us more warm tones for the cross (I.e. Lt brown, rust, gold etc...) and make it look more inviting, not so corporate looking.

Leave the FreedomFellowship in the black, and change the cross to a different color. Also if you can change the size of the font on "Freedom Fellowship" to a larger size. Thank you
