Could the feather be at a greater angle in the box?

Very clever incorporation of the quill pen with the ballot. Can you change the fonts to all CAPS and in a font similar to Arial in black. Any ideas that you may have that incorpates the quill pen with a more modern look - something depicting high tech. Thanks
