Moon, Arrows, and FTD

Would you be able to design a symbol that has arrows pointing to a cross, with equal sides, like the red cross symbol and add other design elements into it where it’s not obvious at all of that there are arrows pointing to the cross in the middle?

I really like the simplicity of this design yet it’s fairly upscale. This one would also translate well into black-and-white. So all these things are working for your design. The feedback I got from my exit advisory board is that the symbol is not very original. Other other things that you could do to create a new and more original symbol? Could you work with the letters FTD embedded in there somewhere? Could you work with a moon in there somewhere? Or the arrows and discreetly add in crosses. Make all sides equal like the first cross symbol. You do not need to use all of these elements please use your best judgment to come up with a creative design using one of these three suggested elements
