Update as requested this is an artist interpretation of the cobebar it is not the actual layout but the code is scan-able. The other type of code bar you are thing we cannot use it's a specific format and 4123 is not long enough numbers to use UPC A or B style
stand alone codebar for 4 12 and 3 have slightly different number of bars compare to the codebar for 4123 I've coloured the bars to the approximate location of bars for each number
option 1 the code style I have been using is call CodeBar which allows for a up to 11 digits in this case 4 12 3 the others requires a specific number for example UPCA is 11 digits UPCA is not usable
lets try to option with the numbers in the code..I simply removed and edited the code for the logo, 2nd option colour code the bars yes they can be colors as long as there is enough contrasts to be scanned. I am on it now
Hi Scott. So, I really like the barcode idea and I think the logo looks good. Clear and simple but also a little bit clever :-) However, the visible representation of 12-4-3 isn't obvious and I'm wondering if there is anyway of having the barcode but some way of showing 12-4-3 (some other logos have used dots, or other representations). But I'm not sure how to this without spoiling the simplicity of the barcode design. Maybe with some coloring or / bolder emphasis on sections of the bar code (as long as it is still scannable). Or having the numbers 12-4-3 underneath like you might get in a real barcode. What do you think? Thanks., Harvey
