I think I agree with you that using a tornado theme for the logo is a good idea, while a crystal might be more suited for a jewelry company. However, I’ll leave it up to you and your sister to choose the best option.

I am betting flames would disrupt the seamless color pattern so maybe the flame is inconsistent with the expected orange, yellow flames…maybe a different color flame for blending
