Entry #1. we need "An Independent Firm" somwhere on the logo if the name of the firm is included

Entry #2 & #3. Like the design. Can you add a subtle gold color to it for more dimension? The tree design was an original favorite for the firm. We like the name of the firm to be front and center (as in entry #2 and #3. Can you move the tree as a watermark behind the firm name - I will leave it to you with the color aspects... THANKS!

#34 Really like the gold highlights, can you remove the tree. Wasnt what we thought it would look like. Thanks again. After will most likely move this to #3

#45 Great! Can you darken the blue (similar to your entry #32). What do you think about the shadow to this design (like #32?)

Also, my partner likes to column idea...any way to seperate the columns with an even height? pillars? we are divided. I like tree concept with deep roots, he like columns. Any thoughts?

Really like the column with the top can you make the column a little shorter and move the words to the right of the logo.
