for the use of business cards may depend on the manufacturing process. Usually the logo looks good after sticking to the business card. thanks....

make foster tufts smaller and promotions larger

More emphasis on Promotions
Reduce circle, increase tag line a little

Promotions bold in caps

Try bolder create font, same design

Shade the circle very light with the grey. You need to add the tag line possibly at bottom of arch inside or right below.
Tag , strategic branding solutions . Feel free to use different sizes of the circle behind the name. Try also using lower case different fonts

Take the Script out. Replace it with a solid circle same color appearing behind foster tufts. try to include the tag language as part of it, and add some color?
