Comment Activity vocuslogo commented on #115 How about this...? 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #94 Withdrawn May I see a version of this with the border corners rounded to the outside? 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #94 Withdrawn Now that's a saddle. Great work! 7 years ago vocuslogo commented on #94 Withdrawn How about this...? 7 years ago vocuslogo commented on #93 Withdrawn How about this...? 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #92 Withdrawn The cantle is the "seat back". The first cantle is great and this one is not as good but fits this style horn. Somewhere in the middle would be fine too. 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #92 Withdrawn So this one is better than the last one. However, this hump in the seat is out of place. Your first design has a perfect seat in it. The horn is the correct shape in this one, as is the first one. The size of the horn could be anywhere between the two examples. The new exposed stirrup leathers need to be slightly wider (the vertical straight line you've drawn to the stirrup) . The part that hangs by the leg is called the fender. The fender on your first design is the best. If you're going to put exposed stirrup leathers in, the front of the fender should be straight instead curved. It can start and stop as the Sam points as it is but take out the curve. The stirrups themselves need to be larger to fit the scale. 7 years ago vocuslogo commented on #92 Withdrawn How about this...? 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #91 Withdrawn Now I notice more of the changes. The first design, you pretty much nailed it for that style of saddle. The saddle horn on this one may be a little bit better. But other than that, I prefer the first design. 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #91 Withdrawn That's good too. I kinda liked the strings. The main thing is, that lump under the saddle is part of the rear cinch and doesn't need to be shown on this. And id like to see a version that shows the stirrup. 7 years ago vocuslogo commented on #91 Withdrawn How about this...? 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #84 Withdrawn Thats pretty great. I think the saddle just needs to be sized to at least show the stirrup. The half moon shap on the bottom, just forward of the rear strings can go away too. That's the best saddle design I've seen yet. 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #72 Withdrawn Same coments here. I cant tell which I like best. 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #71 Withdrawn This has the right proportion to it. I like it. I'd love to see a saddle in place of the state of ca. I've posted some appropriate examples in the brief. 7 years ago Grey Foster commented on #67 Withdrawn Great! I'd love to see this with a little more western font and maybe a saddle incorporated in the text or the image box. 7 years ago
