Most of the fonts I use are from fontsquirrel.com They are free for commercial use. If these fonts are not ones you like yet, would you be able to check to see if there are any you like? And I will try them for you.
This is a new one named Arbutus.
They will be listed most likely under Serif or Slab Serif as well as under tab 'recent'.
I will check back before this phase ends.
Thank you.
I do like this but am still not completely sold on this font. The main print should read "Foster Saddle" with a smaller "company" below. I would prefer if the lower text were less bold and a little different font than above. Great work so far!
I'm back and will work on these some this evening. .I will try another font on these and try to have something in a couple of hours for you.
Thank you.
I am not that company. I am in the begining of my career so I tend to change things regularly as I progress. I have not settled into a signature style yet. However, the sheridan style is generally what I work with. I do like what you have done, as it is similar. One thing I'd like to see changed here is just the font. A little more western without being tacky would be great.
Hi,
Just playing around with some possibilities as your requested. They are endless. But what I would like to do is add tooling that you may have on your saddles etc. Something you are associated with. Especially if you have a particular detail that you are known for. Do you have a website? Are you the same company also in Denton, TX? I could get some images online of your products and look at the tooling.
I'll be back this evening and check for your comments.,
Thank you
Hi
I wanted to upload this for you tonight. Tomorrow morning if I have time I will work on it some more on colors, lines and other fonts. But definitely will work on it and the tooling design by early evening. Let me know what you think and I'll make adjustments.
Do you want all brown tones? Or try other colors?
Do you want serif or san serif fonts?
This will help me go in the correct direction. Also I can reillustrate the Sutter Buttes. I only have references.
So the lines will not be exact only freehanded. But later it can be exact to any photos that you may have since internet references are copyrighted.
I'll check back in the morning.
Thank you!
Sure, I can do these. If you would give me some time on both of your requests. Will be away for some of the day tomorrow but will work on them when I return.
Thank you!
I like this a lot. I would like to experiment with some different font and maybe a flower that is not straight ahead, but 'sitting' on it's petals spread over the letters, like if this one was lowered halfway
