Obviously the arrow shows forward movement, but I also moved the word "Forward" on the word "Technologies" to give the same effect. I have provided a few color combinations here. Tried to keep them masculine while showing some more colorful than others.
On #123, I used a serif font for "Technologies" to lend a more refined and professional feeling to the overall design. The serif font also goes well with the thick/thin of the symbol.
On #124, the symbol represent forward momentum and is like little feet moving across the design. The use of the separate symbol, as opposed to a wordmark, automatically give a design a more modern look and professionalism. While the symbol itself is more refined, I have counter balanced with a more masculine font and colors.
