Hi, I quite like this logo - thank you!!
Few tweaks perhaps though:
can we diminish the "or" and "ea" to give more visual-space to the F and S - either by lightening the color, shifting slightly position, or make some letter thinner...
Also, "investment" is too light and dull in this grey - perhaps something to give it more presence without taking over the ForSea logo either.

Hello nong, It's an interesting logo because we can feel the strengh of the sea.

- It will look more institutional (the company will raise money so we have to look serious)
- It will be slightly more readable

It's a interesting Idea (I like the S), but I am not sure about the grey letters,

It' very organic but it becomes almost impossible to read. Could you please try to make the grey letters more readable (especially the a). Thanks

The F and the S are in getting interesting.
Can you please put "investments" in orange and "or" and "ea" in grey. I think that it will be more difficult to read but the sea is more blue and grey than blue and orange ;-)
