Maybe the stars come out of the smoke stack. Leave the music notes where they are up higher on the gear but the factory is producing stars.

Yes like this.
I’d make the shoe more obvious and the ribbon from the laces of the shoe be the ribbon that flows through the teal side of the gear.

So music ribbon on left or purple side and solid ballet shoe ribbon on the right teal side. And make the shoe obvious.

I think this would look good even without the words and I think it would do very well in black and white.

Ok I really love that the musical note kinda looks like a dnacer.

I would want to see a different mask or make it look more obvious. And maybe the musical ribbon in the gear or coming out of the gear and connecting to the smoke stack?
