I like this direction. Can we get a musical ribbon maybe coming out of the smoke stack.

Different mask. This kinda looks scary. Or even maybe a marquee

And maybe a ballet dancer? The top hat is ok.

I like the factory look.

more bolder and change the icon on mask and dance.

Talent Factory should be prominent. Forney should be smaller
I like the teal and purple as prominent colors. The maroon as an accent color.

I’d change the mask and dancer images. They look a little basic.
