One last request and I believe we can wrap this up. Any way to darken "counseling" on this logo in gray? Now that I see it in navy, I like the gray contrast, but we need "counseling" to stand out more. Thank you so much for all your help!

Not problem to send updates with those changes... but in this part of the contest just the designer ranked first can send updates... and you can switch that position anytime to ask several designers.
I met with my team this morning, and currently this is our first choice. Question - we need to strengthen the "counseling" part of the logo. What would it look like if it were gold, or the same navy? Is it possible to make it bigger (without changing the font)?

I sent the updates with colors like dark gray, but actually are pantones that also have some kind of blue, that are more elegant that "just" grays
