Ford ConsultLogo Design Contest

At first this "O" symbol reminded me of the Power Button symbol. But then I saw steps coming up from the deep. Can you modify the "O" without the arrow but keep it from looking like the power button symbol. I like your colors.

This is a little too blocky. Needs to be softer and the blue should be darker.

This is a little too techy looking.

I like the colors and the logo block has an interesting swoosh feel to it. I'm not sure what the block conveys? Can you make the block subtly play off the F and the C?
