This is an excellent design -- clean, bold, visually appealing. But we've ran it past several random people for their opinions and they mostly found it too wedded to union politics (one even called it "soviet" style). Is there a way of softening the style -- perhaps including several hands holding objects, such as male, female, child holding carrot, apple, cookie (or something like that)? Again, really like the colours and the appealing visual design.

More representative of food rather than 3 leaves and more pop

This has potential, the modern retro look is right but can you punch it up.
