This one is awesome. Truly unique and personalized. Definitely memorable and brand-able. The logo you will be able to register and trademark. Doesn't look like a stock image, serious and trustful. Serious typography.

Do you want me try to light hues of blue? Have you specific color codes in mind? Anyways, colors could be changed easily, the main thing is a concept itself.

Seriously, re-think this one. The logo has a theme. Feel the vibe! I also suggest you to search online (google image search) for the overused logos in restaurant industry before your final pick. Thank you
