We like where you went with this, though we're feeling as though it might be a little too "cartoony." Perhaps tone down the colors a bit.
Also, Web Strategy is very difficult to see. Perhaps put "web strategy" up over "foleypod" and nestle it between the tall parts of the "L" and the "D".
