I like where #18 is headed with the more abstract type of logo, although I kind of the like the concept behind 16 and 17 as well.
I do like the color scheme in 18 more than the green/blue found in 16,17.

Hi, Thank you for your submissions and we like where you are going with a number of your designs. I wonder if we might be able to look at any other color options on the top few you have submitted. Also, in 28, 29 30 and 31, so you have any other ideas for the "P". Also, for entry 3, could you try the arrow like you did in 32.

If you look at our contest brief, we mentioned some colors we were looking for. Organge is not a good fit, dark maroon or dark green might be better.
