The sword signifies force, the shield signifies protection or security, the quill signifies accord, diplomacy. What if we added a symbol for development and progress? How do we show prosperity and abundance? The fruits of calm and secure environment? In this logo, although the quill is prominent in size, it is subdued by the shield and the sword. I like to see some variation of this design incorporating some development symbols.
