The logo will be embroidered on work jackets, shirts, and hats, so it should translate well to that use.

Make the diamond a geometric shaped diamond instead of a gem design, which is more representative of an actual ranch brand. I like the river design inside the diamond. Simplify the wings, and bring them in to solidly attach to the diamond. The word RANCH should be a little larger.
