one thing with this design is that the top font is really easy to read, but to do that the wings have to tip down. Not that that is bad, it just makes the logo more oval shape.

RANCH font doesn't seem to work

i had worked 2 versions that were never uploaded...
#212 and #213 - with some variations of text placements and layout.
I am sending over those two as well...

actually the font has the serif in a way that allows printing or embroidery. no small details and the serifs are angular not rounded. maybe your printing company might have a say here though... anyway, when the contest is complete i 'll be happy to send over this one too. make a test, if it works, then hey, it's the same logo just a different typeface ...

Everyone had a say, and even if the bottom front can't be enlarged, it was the favorite pick. You had 7 critics- 5 guys & 3 women, and not 1 dissenting vote. That should make you proud!

This logo looks fine the way it is. My 4 teenage grandsons picked your entry design theme and I went from there. Thanks! It was fun.

This is my favorite logo, but I think I missed the boat on enlarging the bottom font a little bit

I like this logo a lot and it is easy to read without squinting, but I think the font style may be hard to reproduce on clothing. Great on a business card

Ok! It's easier to read. Can you increase the RANCH font a little bit?

recolored the green.
added extra space between the top text , and realigned the letters .
enlarged bottom font on the version on second place i think...

Can the bottom font be a little bigger? I like this look. I still would like the spacing increased between the 2 words "FLYING DIAMOND"

Use the darker green contrast version for the diamond

Darker green is better. Can ranch be spaced a little more, or stretched?

What if the diamond was scaled up a bit, and the arc a little higher to allow more room for the text?

My only issue with this is that compared to the stylized font, FLYING DIAMOND is harder to read as two words. Can the spacing be increased some way? By the way, I didn't realize I had to refresh the page to have your updates displayed, or my response would have been immediate.

128 lower font used all over.
made it on the darker green version.

1 step lighter green darkened towards the other green.

So, how about using #128 bottom font used for "RANCH" on the top as well, and maybe that font will have a better spacing?

Could you make a version with the contrasting lighter green a smidge darker to accentuate the white facet lines a little more?

oh ...you probably refer to #128 ... those too are different fonts......

no...one is a sans serif, the ranch part is a very slab serif...more like a modern/retro font

Just out of curiosity, were the stylized fonts at the bottom and top of the first design the same font? I noticed the top and bottom font had two different "A"s

here : used the wider font from previous entries.

I can use one font closer or the same as before on the bottom...i just need a sec.

Love the olive, like the shading. Since the bottom font is smaller and stylized, and the top font not stylized, the harmony is off. Can you use a font that is more complementary to the top? Some of your previous designs had a slightly stretched "RANCH" at the bottom for a different balance, so can you try a version with that? Getting close!

So reversing the colors - copy that.
I must check see if that font from 152 has a slight lighter version, if not i might have to look for an alternative...

I hope you are still available to communicate. Like this image best. I'd like to change back to olive greens used in the 1st design #128. I like the font style for "RANCH" but the top font style used for "FLYING DIAMOND" doesn't seem to work because the spacing looks off. The font used on #152 is nice, but the top "FLYING DIAMOND" is slightly too bold. If the font gets worked out, I think it will be exactly what I want.

Really, the diamond part of the logo is the main thing that needs tweaking

I like your text placement. I like your wing design. The feel of your design is a little masculine, which I like for our ranch. The design needs to translate well to embroidered logos on jackets, shirts, hats.

make diamond a geometric shaped diamond, not a gemstone shape.Split the diamond shape into green and blue Instead of olive green, use a deep forest green. Use a font without any serif. The Flying Diamond font spacing looks a little off in spacing.
