I like your style, could I see a version without words?

I want to be able to have the flexibility of using the logo on a variety of places (paper/website colors) and would prefer a white background background. Would I also be able to see the letters in a darker shade of grey? I love the movement of the birds exiting the circle...so if you need to make the birds in grey and white so they are visible outside the blue I am OK with that, Thanks so much! Looks great so far.

I like this, please don't remove. However, could I see a version that reverses the black & white? I understand you might have to use a fading shade/color as the birds exit the circle.
