I like where you are going with these. i think i like the ones #223 and #222 with the f and s closer together. but theres something not quite right... i think it is the up swoop on the top of the f.

I really like the revised symbol... very well done #242. I wouldnt really change anything on it, can you try some other colors, but keep all of the effects as in #242. also can you try adding some depth to the word flospeak? that seems to be where some improvement can be made.
