Can you incorporate a more Water/Florida based theme into the center? Also, the text is very 'Police Academy' like, can you find a different font?

Can do something like 'The Water Wealth Project" in the shield on #32 minus the mountains, and try to convex the top of the shield

We can't have mountains in the image, Florida is tropical.

Inside the circle of of #67, it is a bit busy. Can you make it less cluttered. Remove the starburst effect.
A 2nd request would be to make this circle represent a sun or sunrise/sunset.
A 3rd request, try incorporating some baby blue, like the waves in the circle.
