Try this color scheme on the number one ranked as well as another option (after you make the design tweaks I just mentioned in number 1 ranked design)

Also, I think the all caps for the tagline is best.

This is looking good. Can you make the tagline center vertical line separator line up exactly under the "O" in "FOR". Currently, it's a hair to the left. It may require a tiny re-balancing of the two words on each side of that divider so those words line up on the ends perfectly like you do now.... Also, after that's complete, try the other house style as option B, keeping everything else the same (after completing this described tweak).

I have to admit that you made an excellent choice with this color combo. It really yields class, modern. steel, glass, style. In a word: Florida.

Now I made 3 versions: each version has a different house (from complex to simple), the tagline in 3 versions and 3 grey-blue color shades.

I made all the revisions you`ve requested except the savings aspect.
I don`t know how to express it in a high end luxury way. Any ideas would be welcome.

I like the colors in this. Lets work on this a bit. Lets eliminate Florida from the logo. maybe a larger graphic which incorporates "list for less" within the graphic? and also incorporate the concept of "savings" when selling your home somehow (without using a piggy bank). The tagline is too small. People drive by our yard signs and would not be able to read that....but maybe with a larger graphic, the tagline would be able to be enlarged too.

that's very creative actually, but I need the logo to portray "savings" and also real estate somehow and without looking "el cheapo" no piggy banks, or S's as dollar signs.

Hi. thank you for the revision. IT's still apprears a little bulky to me for a yard sign. Also, the graphic really doesn't address our business. It should be more specific to our business

the challenge with a piggy bank is that the customer is a high end luxury home client many times, and piggy bank could make them look cheap. Incoporating "savings" while mot making them or the listing look cheap is the challenge.

thank you for the submission. It's nice and clean, but too wide of a logo for a real estate yard sign. Tagline probably too small for a yard sign too.

I transformed the house into a piggy bank to suggest that the clients are saving money.
