We like these designs, but are not sold on the icons. Please go to the comment section and click the links to see some examples that we think might work better with your design.

We prefer the font style used in #80. Can you incorporate that into #83?

We obviously like your designs so far, but we feel like you've got more potential. Why don't you show us something like you did for venue monster or teleizle?

#136 - could you remove the tail from the speech bubble?

I dismissed #139 because I couldn't see how it was different from #138. Did I miss something? Thanks.

Sorry I accidentaly uploaded it twice. I have some more ideas I will upload shortly. Thanks

Can we see #135 in blue instead of orange, but on a white background?

#137 - Is it possible to see this design without the black outline around the word "divorce"? But keep the outline around "docs".

#138 and #140 - we like the idea of the icon sticking out from the background. We just aren't sure we like the image that you used here. Can you think of anything else to use here?

#178 - can you switch the blue from "divorce" to "docs" like you did in #80? After you do that, can we see the one in orange (like in #80) and one in the blue?

#187 - can you color "docs" instead of "divorce"?

#196 - Can I see some different color variations?

A darker shade of blue;
yellow;
green;
burgundy

Sorry, could we also see #196 in orange?

We think #196 is currently your best design. We would like to see it a couple more ways. First, we would like to see the design italicized to convey movement/speed. Second, we would like to see if you could replace the folder icon with a few sheets of white paper instead - these would symbolize legal documents. Thanks.

Client
#214 - Can we make the paper white instead of gray? And can we put a thicker border/line around each page -similar to what you did in #217? But, unlike #217, we want to keep the pages whole and in their #214 position. I hope that makes sense.

I'm still undecided and would like your opinion as a designer. Of the remaining designs submitted by you, please rank your top 3 in order of preference. If you could tell me what you like/don't like about them, that would help me out as well. Thanks.

Are you allowed to give us a new concept at this stage? I am leaning one way, but my business partner wants to see something more formal (his words). He suggests something similar to the design you used for Audit Portal, Grupea or Clean Tech. If you could whip something up, we could compare it to your current concept and make a decision within the next 24 hours.

Thanks. I hope this isn't too much trouble for you.

Hi
It's no trouble at all. I will submit new concepts in a few hours and also tell you my opinion about which design I think best suits your company and why.

Thank you

You are making this very difficult on us because so many of your designs are so good. However, we are committed to making a decision as to the winner of this contest today. We were wondering if you could give the text in #242 and #243 more of a unique wordmark feel. But keep the icon. We like it.

Also, is it possible to give #190 a bit of an understated glossy effect like in the UPS logo?

We'd like to see #249 in italics. We would also like to see it with the folder from #196.

We like the icon that you used with #242. But we just don't like the font. The kind of thing we want to see is something along the lines of hulu, engadget, lendingtree and Facebook. Obviously we don't expect you to customize something on that level but each of these is a distinctive style without being too exotic or strange. That's really what we're looking for to contrast with your #196 concept. We're sorry to be so difficult but we are anxious to pick a winner and move on to the next stage of our business. Obviously you are the only designer we're working with now and we want to see our best options before deciding. Thanks.

Hi
It's no problem I'm happy to help you get the best design for your company. I'm working on options now and will submit shortly.
Thank you

FYI - one thing we like about the lendingtree logo is the compact blocky design.

Thanks for your understanding. Would it be possible to see #192 with the folder design from #196?

We would also like to see an alternative #192 with the state of Florida on the folder instead of the D.

Client
On #263, I don't suppose there's any way to remove the symbol on the folder and then put the folder behind "docs" like you have in #196, is there?

Also, can we see one like this: remove the folder altogether, switch the fonts between "divorce" and "docs" and then give "docs" a bold 3D perspective? As an example of the 3D effect I mean, please see #24 in this other contest - https://logotournament.com/contests/popup. I don't like the font they use there (I prefer yours) but that's the kind of perspective I'm talking about.

I honestly don't know what is and is not possible through this type of contest, so if you cannot do this for some reason, please feel free to let me know.

We intend to choose one of your designs, so rest assured that you aren't wasting your time. We just want to be as sure as possible that we are choosing the best design.

Thank you again for understanding.

By the way, is there some way to leave a written testimonial about a designer? We want to let people know how accommodating and professional you've been throughout this process.

Hi, I just uploaded the two versions you requested together with a few other variations. If you need anything else let me know.
Don't worry about leaving a testimonial, you being satisfied with the work and a great logo in my portfolio is all I need :)

Thank you!

Okay, we've narrowed it down to #196, #249, #264, and #270.

I like the designs with the folder icon, but my partner likes the ones without. We both have equal authority, so we both have to agree on the design. Instead of flipping a coin or armwrestling, we have decide to compromise by seeing if there is an icon that he likes better.

We have uploaded two new references in the creative brief under the names Document Icon and Document Icon 02.

These are both nice minimalist representations of a piece of paper. Maybe you could put something similar at the front of the line, then move the "Florida divorce docs" text slightly left so that it overlaps the right edge of the paper.

Thanks.

Hi Connor
I can't see the Document Icon 02 attachement. Are you sure you uploaded it?

Client
We're sorry. We thought we had uploaded it. You should be able to see it now. We like what you did in #275. We are anxious to see what you do with Document Icon 02. We particularly like the thick, distinct border around the page that you'll see when you click on the attachment. Also, in our vision, we had pictured the page to be a larger element of the design. Do you think that works?

Thank you.

Client
Thanks for the quick turnaround. It looks like you had the right sizing on #275 after all. Both my partner and I really like the concept and I think it's one we both can agree on. We'll go back to that. Can you give us #275 with "docs" in bold like in #274?

Finally, then let's see the same thing with Document Icon 02 instead. One thing we noticed on Document Icon 02 is that it seems to have two different levels. There's the white border inside and the gray border outside. Can we do the same thing here, but keeping our primary color scheme?

Again, we really do appreciate your help here. Thanks.

Okay, we're down to #284 and #285. We think they're equally good. One of these will definitely be our new logo. Which do you prefer and why? Also, can we see both of these with the blue border and "docs" glossy?

Logo Designer
Actually I like #285 better. It looks more like a document. The other one looks like an old floppy disk with an arrow on top. I'll submit glossy versions shortly, though I don't much gloss effect would be visible on the thin outline of the paper and especially using this light gray (which works great I think). I'll see what I can do.

We think you're right. Can we see #285, #286 and #289 scaled up a bigger? It's hard to really judge with the size of the pop-up window. And could we get a view of these with the fold down on the right side instead of the left?

I found this under the FAQ section:

You have 2 weeks after the winner is chosen to request file types and variations of the original design as stated: (1) Color (PNG for web), (1) Black and white (JPG), (1) Solid color (JPG), (1) High Resolution color (JPG).

I don't really know much about file types or when I would need these variations, but should I request these now, just in case?

Thanks.
