I really like the "postcard feel" of the design. My concern is that there are too many fine details to translate to a log when it is in a small format like letter head or black and white. Very nice though

Thanks for the feedback! I'll adjust my design accordingly and resubmit.

I like the feel a lot, but I would remove the birds (too small a detail for a logo. I would still like to see the flip flops be more important to the overall design.
