Hi there,
Here is my proposal for your contest. I created two rooftops symbolizing an "F" (referring to the name Flint)
The icon works well along with the name or as a stand alone graphic, one that will be easy remembered.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts. It would be my pleasure to work up any variations.

That is a great idea! As we serve builders of many homes the "plural" in the F rooftop idea really works.

Looks a little like the FILA logo. Please experiment with color. #42 that is. other colors are allowed.

Maybe put a small gap on the "N" at the same angle as the F icon, similar to #32.

#75 - different lines on the F to take away the fila aspect, also applied on the mark.

#88 #89 included the arrowhead concept combined with an abstract version of the F mark

#84 is interesting, I like how the house cutout makes the whole thing a directional arrow. However, we don't build houses so is misleading - can you put an actual arrowhead shape inside the triangle and see what happens. Keep experimenting!
