Like the circular arrows (thought is that the arrows are similar to a "recycle" "renewable" "green" symbol. The company is a commercial builder, so I am not sure the use of a roof or house is the best fit. Still not totally sure about the colors, but this isn't bad.
I like this. Am wondering how it would produce in black and white, and whether or not there is a stand alone icon that works (using the icon only, without the Flint Builders text).
