...well,...you have both segments incorporated into graphic symbolism! ...suitcase, with airline tag, suggest both "Flights" and "Holidays",...and there's TEAM segment as well! Hope this helps!

There's one more option, with figures in different shades on #164!

Looks ok but I am still confused whether this logo would best match with out product 'Flights' and 'Holidays'.
