I like the idea to see the word 'flex' stand alone. Nice work. Can you check the colors. I don't like the blue color that much.

#20 is very nice because of the balance between the words. Can you play with color comibinations and different fonts? Something with the element of a person (dot on the I) or something like the i in #2 would be great.
