but I have a problem with your request... if I do it my design will be too much similar to the ones of kromosom (the designer raked first right now) and sincerely... will seem that I'm copying his designs.... I'm so sorry about

I tried to use also the sun in the back typical of Arizona and Phoenix... but I tried to to create a different house, and as I said, if I change without chimney and 4 windows will be almost the same

anyway I'll try to send other variations trying to improve the logo

please don't mind to ask me about any change that you wanted to see in the logo that you ranked first now...

for your information, by the way you didn't know... during the judging period the designer ranked first can send variations or updates of the logo, and you can switch the first position anytime

Thanks Fermat. Can you make the "real estate team" bigger? It's kind of small and hard to read. Maybe give me two variations with two different font sizes.

a little variation of #197 with the bar of "real estate team" slightly thicker... because maybe in 197 the text is too much close to the border of the rectangle
