can this logo be uploaded as PNG and Vector file?

As long as it is basically the same logo, there is no problem to provide you with both formats.
When contest is ended, at the LT site you'll get the files for the main logo. All the other versions has to be send additionally, usually by email.

If I choose this logo, am I only given the one image or could I get the two formats. I'm not exactly sure how it works and wanted to be sure. Some of my product are small and the stacked format is better but for my larger items I prefer the horizontal.

Of course, depending on the available space, you could use the stack /narrow version #93, or the horizontal layout of the logo #92. Thanks.

This logo would be used on an item as small as a tube of lipstick. Do you think it would fit by the way it is formatted?
