#3 reminds me of Soviet wartime propaganda art, which I'm a fan of. Nice.

Early days yet so let me live with #3 as it is for a day or two and see what else you dream up.

WW2 propaganda art may be a route well worth exploring. More the happy smiling citizen end than the grim faced militant one though. Don't want to only attract Red Wedge types!

Nice and clean.

Have you thought about combining the two? Maybe having the chap from #3 straining against his flagpole, with the flag from #39 streaming from it.
