I'm starting to advise everyone against the slogan. It doesn't add value and gets distracting. Obviously, I love the use of the screwdriver, but "it" being different doesn't sit well with me. I loved the lettering layout from your prior submission, #9.

That screwdriver is genius!

I love your take on the monkey. I'm not a fan of the gloves though. between that and the peach fuzz, they take away from his purpleness.
