Really like #29 (colour theme works better) but would you be able to do something with the font? Maybe if you had two horizontal lines with one saying Fitness Menu and the other (underneath it) had the slogan? With the drawing on the left.
It just appears difficult to read what is the business name, the slogan and what the words mean.

i'm leaning towards #31 as my favourite but could you put the shield as the bg shape? similar to how #37 is.
